What does our Remote training provide?
Individualized workouts
We’ll meet to discuss your goals (remotely if you’re not on our membership), see how you move functionally, hear what you like to do and might not like to do regarding workouts, and come up with a plan together.
With the focus on you and your goals, we are able to provide more personalized attention, ensuring that you receive outcomes you are working towards!
Take the thought out of it (writing your own program), and just show up for yourself and work hard!
Accountability
Accountability is a crucial element that is heightened in our remote programming. We know our clients develop a sense of responsibility not only to themselves but also to us as their coaches, no longer “just their PT.”
This creates a supportive and motivating environment where you are more likely to show up consistently for yourself and your workouts. We track everything in our app, and if we’re seeing a day of red, we will be on you!
Monthly Calls
We will utilize an app that is incredibly user friendly, and track anything you want, in addition to your workouts (habits, hydration, nutrition, goals, etc).
We will also set up monthly 30min calls with Trevor. This allows you to voice any concerns you have, make changes in the plan each month so you continue to progress, and have a monthly touch point. However, Trevor will check in weekly through the app, and will provide a walk through of your monthly workout routine.
