What does our semi private postpartum training provide?

Accountability

Accountability is a crucial element that is heightened in small group class sizes. In smaller groups, we know our clients develop a sense of responsibility not only to themselves but also to their fellow group members. We’ll open up a private group with special tips, tricks, and chats dropped weekly!

This creates a supportive and motivating environment where you are more likely to show up consistently for your workouts. Knowing that your absence will be noticed, we know you will tend to stay committed and on track with your fitness goals!

Moms need other moms, let’s be real. Community is everything, and the sense of community and camaraderie that forms in small groups can boost motivation and accountability, making it more likely for you to stay committed to their fitness goals.

In our smaller setting, you will likely feel more comfortable asking questions, receiving individualized coaching, and pushing your limits, ultimately maximizing the effectiveness of your fitness training.
