    About three years ago, I began experiencing severe neck and right shoulder pain which prompted me to make an appointment with a chiropractor. I went three times per week for adjustments and infrared therapy on my right shoulder.     My shoulder has been bothering me for over a year to the point that I was loosing sleep. I tried chiropractors, massage therapy and different stretches that worked short term but never really did the trick. When Trevor did my first evaluation he could not make my shoulder rotate the way it should with force... also because they look at the whole body and how it works together he realized that my right hip was not working properly and that was probably contributing to my left shoulder issues. He asked if my right knee was okay? As a matter of fact it was not. I did not think much of it but when I sprinted I got a sharp pinching feeling in the side of my right knee. Also caused by my right hip. After three sessions with Trevor AND ME DOING THE STRETCHES AND EXCERSISES he recommended, my shoulder had full range of motion. My knee did not hurt and my hip felt much better. I did a 12 week series one per week. I have nothing but respect and appreciation for Trevor. I will be signing up for a one per month pro active series. These two are the real deal. They practice what they preach and if you are a BODE Gym member and ever partner with Erica... you better be ready to work because she is tough as nails.

    When I first contacted Trevor at MVMT Performance & Rehabilitation I was battling multiple headaches per week, had limited neck mobility and had daily pain in my neck, shoulders and back. These were chronic problems I had been dealing with for years and I though, "This is my normal. Headaches were very intense, lasting for 6 or more hours and sometimes rebounding the next day.
